Project Overview
Beyond Ordinary Therapy Services (BOTS) approached me to help launch their small business—a platform designed to support parents navigating their child's sensory or learning difficulties. Their goal was to provide educational resources while offering an alternative to the slow and complex government assistance process. In addition, they sold toys and tools to aid in developing motor skills. As a disruptive service, they gave me significant creative freedom, as long as the branding stood out and made an impact.
Outcome
The challenge was balancing a fun, engaging look for children of all ages with the professionalism needed to establish trust with parents. The logos and illustrations lean into the playful side, while a soft colour palette and ample white space bring in a sense of credibility and calm. Another key consideration was their long name, so I chose to highlight "Beyond Ordinary" in the primary logo while using “BOTS” and a custom robot illustration as complementary brand elements.
