This client sought an identity for their ambitious wine education app, Sipplers. Sipplers aims to revolutionise wine and sommelier education by making it accessible, digestible, and, dare I say, a bit of fun. They needed a logo, a visual brand identity including type, colours, illustrations, icons, and social media templates.

Outcome

The client was thrilled with the result, as we hit all the ideal attributes for look and feel. The identity had to be fun and gamified without being too immature or overly mature. We struck the perfect balance, reflected in the warm, welcoming, and playful colour palette and illustrations. Another challenge was ensuring the identity wasn't limited to wine, allowing for expansion into other alcoholic beverages like beers and spirits. Thus, the logo features a stemless wine glass with orange liquid—hinting at wine without being too specific.
