Hi there,

I'm the founder of GoodForm, a new gym software empowering independent gyms with a customisable app to manage their members. The app handles class scheduling, RSVPs, membership sign-ups, billing, and more. The name ‘GoodForm’ nods to both gym form and the digital forms that help our clients manage their business.

We need a visual identity that reflects our software's spirit—dependable, motivating, and user-friendly. It should be clean and adaptable, appealing to a broad audience as we start building a product to present to investors.

Thanks heaps,

Clay Jayton

Full Brief

Industry: Fitness Technology / Gym Management Software

Target Audience:
• Independent gym owners looking for a customisable and user-friendly app to manage their classes, memberships, and billing.
• Gym members who value a streamlined and intuitive app experience to manage their fitness schedules.

Brand Personality: Encouraging, Approachable, Active

Design Elements: The logo should have a gym-related aesthetic without leaning too heavily into the "alpha" or gym-bro vibe. It needs to be inviting and strong, yet balanced enough to feel inclusive and approachable. Incorporate subtle gym-related elements, but avoid clichés. Think of ways to symbolise strength, support, and progress in a way that feels fresh and modern.

Design Requirements:
• It should incorporate a strong visual identity but allow enough flexibility for customisation by client gyms.
• Provide a version of the logo that can be used as an app icon, maintaining recognisability at small sizes.
